Very disappointed. We regularly book our techs into accommodation but have never had an experience like this. Our tech arrived in the evening, around 6pm to find that his room had not been cleaned, bed was not changed, bathroom not cleaned, towels still in the shower from that morning. He contacted the host and they said they would try and get a cleaner there the following day. When they did not have an extra set of keys to attend to the room, they informed us it would have be after our tech arrived back to the room that evening. He was not going to be arriving until after 7 and I informed them this would not be suitable considering he has just had a full day on site and the last thing he would want is to be bothered. We had booked out the entire week, but instead left the following day as when the staff were unable to resolve the situation. No refund for unstayed days or stays in the unclean room was provided even after requesting a partial refund.

Well appointed, great amenities and clean. It felt like a second home. Lots of eating options literally at your door.

Location at Kingston alone is the game changer. Stunning suburb and has all your restaurants, cafes, and bars at your doorstep. The apartment is at a great location within walking distance of everything. SupaBarn is directly underneath.
