“Kings Stay”
The Room was spacious with King Bed and spa bath. The two shower heads was an unexpected surprise. The tv was large and kitchen was tidy, with dishwasher, microwave & it also has washer & dryer. The balcony was spacious with table to accommodate 6 people comfortably it even your own private BBQ. The pools were lovely & spa. The restaurant was closed but the menu was reasonably priced. The area where there was a thatched roof adjoining the pool area was delightful with comfortable lounge area with tables. Lots of deck chair. It was peaceful & tranquil setting perfect for Honeymoon or even a Wedding!♥️

Although the room was clean and spacious, the room is open plan - this should be mentioned in description. The restaurant- Spice Den was amazing

“Convenient for a race in Kingscliff”
Location was good - close to Kingscliff. Very quiet. Access to Spice Den for excellent food. Spacious room.

“Average at best”
The property was okay. It was clearly in need of a re- vamp. There were marks and damage to the kitchen area. Some cupboards got stuck as they were hanging down and the unit needed to be freshly painted. It’s served a purpose and was in the lower price range. Not much in terms of creature comforts. Just okay.

The staff were quite rude and did not knock before entering my room ! Gave me my bond back but then. Charged my card extra for cleaning fee but the entire room was spotless the only thing was the bath had water left in it as I didn't get chance to empty it cause my room had been entered without warning so I was Charged extra for water simply not emptied from a bath !!!!
