Overview
Peppers Salt Resort & Spa is a luxurious beachside resort situated on Kingscliff’s stunning Ocean Beach. It features tennis courts, a tropical swimming pool and a large lagoon pool. For entertainment broadband or WiFi access is available. All air-conditioned rooms include a private balcony with outdoor furniture, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an iPod dock or CD player, a minibar, a refrigerator and ironing facilities. All suites also include a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The Spa At Salt features a steam room, spa bath and a range of massage, facial and body treatments for men and women. Guests can also take a dip at Kingscliff Beach. Season Restaurant serves breakfast, dinner and cocktails. It offers a diverse menu based on seasonal produce. There are also a number of restaurants within 3 minutes’ walking distance. Peppers Salt Resort is just a 20-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport. It is 30 minutes north of Byron Bay and a 15-minute drive from Coolangatta. Maintenance Notice: Please note, due to essential works being carried out, there will be a temporary water outage on the 30th of November 2022. We apologise for the inconvenience.

“Excellent location, comfortable room that needs a spuce up”
Our one bedroom spa suite had good space with a kitchenet and clothes washer/dryer, good when you are staying 6 nights. Good sized balcony overlooking open space. The location in Salt village (restaurants, cafe, beach, walking trail) is excellent. You ideally need a car to get around. Pool facilities are good.

“Girls Weekend Away - Comfy & Relaxed”
Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. The room was fairly basic, but we were only staying 3 nights and had plans outside the resort, so it was perfect for us.

To be honest our stay has been unwelcoming with staff making us feel we are in a ghost town. When checking in, we were not told where anything was- pools, if there is a restaurant, how to get to our room, wifi, the bar - nothing. Simply told to give the credit card over and then ignored. Since, we have asked to book a cab as we are going to a wedding. Instead of giving us a cabs number or booking one for us which I assume a 5 star hotel is capable, we were told to only call the private charter company that was 4 times more expensive then when we called 1800 Cabs. On top of that, Where’s the vibe?! It’s meant to be a fun vibrant resort but honestly I feel like we are in their way and sneaking in the back of a friends house to go to bed. The staff have given us countless unfriendly encounters and we just feel uncomfortable. It’s such a shame.

Reception, parking excellent. The room was an adequate size for 2 people and position of the balcony view was lovely -across the park to Salt cafes etc. Overall great for the price we paid. King bed was very comfy.
