The host was lovely and I was able to contact her easily. I was confused by the booking I made. We were expecting a self-contained apartment (as the pictures indicated), not a super small room. The room does need a bit of maintenance. The location is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants on the boardwalk to choose from.

Collection and returning of keys were annoying. Bathroom large compared to the bedroom/living. No chairs to sit on or put the clothes on. Wardrobe to small for 2 people. Poor quality TV. Hot water service breakdown. Swimming pool not heated. Elevators disturbing grinding sounds on operation.
