condescending responses from Daniel around questions I asked pre check in. Yes I had read the pre check in info which is why I asked "any chance of early check in just before 3pm" and "where exactly is 2km south of resort for lock box"? Your responses didn't need to start with the patronising tone of "as per the online check in email..." In this day and age of electronic locks I don't understand why your lock box for keys is 2km away from the resort... not at all convenient for those of us without transport. Bookings.com need to be more transparent around the fact that these are private apartments in the Resort vs hotel run ones... its great that you access the same facilities but the whole check in/ check out process is clumsy. Also the visible parts of the room were tidy but look under the bed and behind the entertainment unit and there is at least a years worth of dust and dead bugs

We really liked that the apartment had so many useful things in the kitchen, so we were able to cook meals together. There was ample parking and the property was clean, secure and walking distance to cafes, bars and the beach.
