“Great spacious unit, off the beaten trail!”
The plaçe was very clean. The desk staff were very helpful and courteous. An abundance of parking across the street. The unit itself was a nice size. There was also a crzy amount of channels on the medium sized TV screen.

For the price it was fantastic and 100% would stay again, there is a large games room, a kitchen and laundry room guests can use. The games room is open 24/7 too! The bathroom is very nice and clean.

“Cheap stay and met all my excpectations”
This is a student residence that is also a hotel/motel. Away from downtown Toronto but in a very quiet area. Easily accessible from Hwy 400 or 404. Cheap!!!

Seneca King Campus was 12 minutes from our event in Aurora, ON. Next time we will be even better prepared to take advantage of your suite's kitchenette.

For the price it was fantastic and 100% would stay again, there is a large games room, a kitchen and laundry room guests can use. The games room is open 24/7 too! The bathroom is very nice and clean.

Loved this place .great value. Quiet. Clean. What’s not to like. If you are looking for a five star stay, try an expensive hotel but if you want a great place to base yourself for Toronto and surrounding area , stay here
