“Great value for money ideally suited for couples who love a games night”
The room was exceptional! The pool table and dartboard were what drew my partner and I in from the start but when we arrived and discovered the pool table was also an air hockey table and table tennis we were thrilled! Bed was super comfy and the shower was fantastic. Would definitely come here for a weekend away again!

We stayed at Royal Snug in Kincardine O’Neil as a base to visit family while also having somewhere to relax during a busy schedule—and it was absolutely perfect. The setting is lovely, peaceful, and quiet, with beautiful surroundings that made it easy to unwind. The Snug itself was spot on: very comfortable, fully equipped, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for our stay. We honestly couldn’t fault the property. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay.

“Amazing!”
Everything! Loved it so much and will definitely be back. Place was spotless and super cute! Had everything for the games in the wee snug. Comfy sleep and super cosy. Location is great. We got on the bus to banchory and made a day of it. Also drove to Dunnator castle for the day and it was beautiful. Highly recommend thank you xx

“Wonderful! Peaceful and queit!”
My partner and I had a lovely time, the hosts went out their way and did a birthday banner and balloons as it was my partners birthday, I requested this but they did not have to do this! They were wonderful! It was clean and very cosy for two. My partner absolutely loved the barbecue. The garden was so beautiful and felt very homey. Although not much to do in small town, if you love a good drive there is plenty to do in driving distance, beautiful scenery’s also. I would definitely recommend to couples who love the peace and quiet.

The cabin was super cozy and furnished perfectly for couples' getaway. It felt very private with the garden and bbq hut included. Everything was clean and well organised. Free parking was available nearby.

Lovely and quiet, didn't meet the staff onsite but the communication from them via the app was good. Place was well kept and had everything we needed. The pool table and darts and bar area was a nice touch. Would go back.

“Amazing, just a bit surprising.”
We absolutely loved how cosy the cabin was, it was lovely. My partner loves darts so was very happy with the darts board and the pool table too! The place just looked amazing, we also liked how there was a little bench outside so we could sit and chat outside. Overall it was mostly amazing, would come back again.
