“Lovely stay”

Lots of onsens to choose from. Room was lovely and food was special.

Very beautiful property, quiet location, great amenities, lovely staff. Absolutely incredible dinners and breakfasts!

“Beautiful onsen baths and wonderfully kind staff”

Everyone was very kind, both in reception and in the restaurant. When I arrived they had made an effort to prepare everything for me in English, as well as ask a bilingual receptionist to check me in. As soon as they realised I was able to understand Japanese they switched to Japanese which was great to practice my language skills, but I can imagine that a non Japanese speaker would be completely fine! The onsens are exceptional, and the food is so fresh and delicious. I keep coming back ^^ This is my fourth trip here!

Great private baths. Not much view, but there are plenty of baths to choose from, perfect for the purpose. Food is elaborate and lavish.

Excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Rooftop private Onsens where couples can relax together was a highlight. Room small, basic and no view.

Rooms are clean with good facilities, though a bit small as expected. The bed is comfortable. Private hot baths on the roof top are nicely designed to fit the needs of different people/families. We enjoyed them so very much. Staff are very helpful and attentive. We were not used to eat raw eggs and leave them untouched on the breakfast table in the first morning. In the next morning, no more raw eggs were seen, but each of us was served with a fried egg! Really appreciate their attentiveness to details and commitment to provide good service with heart.

The place was SO lovely. Every detail was well tought through. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the onsen spa was perfect and calm. The breakfast was yummy and had so many different things and was beautifully displayed. The foods were different each morning. We loved the tea set and the yukatas that were provided in the room.

The staff were amazing and helped me with an anniversary present. So kind and helpful. The onsen on the roof were stunning!

The best ryokan absolutely!

The food both dinner and breakfast is very delicious. This is my third times to stay in this hotel. We like the private onzen rooms on the rooftop.

The breakfast/dinner was good, but it is pre-set so you cannot really choose what was served, it will be better if there are options you can choose from like set A or set B.

“Fantastic private Onsen room!!!”

There were 4 private baths at 4F. (3F as counting in UK) They were FANTASTIC!!! All Room seemed to be fully occupied when we stayed but we used one of baths easily every time.
