“Room was great. Toilet ran but fixed with a jiggle. TV didn't tune in most channels but was OK”

“I needed a quiet clean space with a gym and breakfast. Perfect. I was happy and at ease.”
Excellent in everyway. Front desk especially. My stay here is why I chose Best Western in Austin too.

“Not good”
Breakfast was more than expected,excellent. The location of hotel is too hard to find spent 1 hour driving around WS Young Ave then was stressed out and called a relative and she guided us to motel. Very bad location to find. Staff was nice.
