Nice place, good nature, very nice hosts!!

““Three bedroom house” - booked for 2 nights. 6 adults and 5 children (2,3,4,10,12).”

Not 3 bedroom house, rather partyhouse with sauna. Over priced (we paid 220 eur per night and no refund possibility when saw what we really get when arrived) Property funktionality: Bedrooms: Bedrooms are entered from outside to second level and steep stairs and no good railings. One bedroom is entered through another bedroom. Door in between is not closing as not in good condition. Outside door of bedrooms missing lock from insinde (security issue). Third bedroom really small and not possible to open window. Only way to get air is to open outside door. Our temperatures in bedrooms was 28-32 degtees c. Lock also not working well. Toilet/shower: Toilet not very private. Also entered from outside seperate door. No lock and kind of clapdoors in front. Not closing properly either. Located walkthrough to showers and from showers streight to sauna ( no privacy option for shower). No warm water at property. Sauna: No possibility to use it as heating through house and it would of heated up bedrooms even more. So, we ended up not using it. Living/kitchen area: very unpractical and dirty. Sofabed full off stains (rather new vomit still on it). Smelly and stainy. No possibility to sit on this. Leather sofa sticky and unclean. Floor was not clean. Using without shoes impossible (we cleaned it before and after). Kitchen equipment unclean. And also third door for entering this area from teracce. Childrens playground: seen its best days. Not safe. Sharp pointy screws sticking out, wood unstable and trampoline has hole in it and stones below the jumping area. Barbecue equipment still had old meat on it. We left one day before as staying there would have been impossible for more. Luckily we managed to book better property lower price for second night and whole holiday was not ruined. We got no refund back even if we asked for possibility when we entered the property.
