It is perhaps the cleanest, most beautifully and conveniently organized living space we've ever rented in Serbia. Everything you need, you will find, from comfy bathrobes to clothes hangers to a wine opener. The bed is soft and comfortable, the street is indeed really beautiful and the location is great. If you're going to Kikinda, you must stay here!

We like everything...the room is so amazing, very sophisticated; the bathroom is huge and very very nice, everything is so clean; .the building itself is unique, location too..The hosts are very nice and friendly people..

The property was very clean. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. Located in a beautiful tree lined street with a short walk to the town centre. The air conditioning was invaluable because of the time of year we were there. The cold water in the hall and coffee maker were much appreciated.

Very nice and friendly hosts! The place itself is located in the very center, but at the same time on a quiet and beautiful street. Everything was very clean, just a great place!

We LOVED this accommodation : it's modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped (bathrobes, hairdryer, hot and cold drinkable water, TV with Netflix, etc). The heating works very well and the bed is very comfortable. The hosts are very gracious and accommodating : we requested to change rooms because our first one was on the street side and we could hear the traffic a little bit and the request was accepted. Would happily stay there again!

First of all, I would like to say that hosts are so polite, kind and nice. They made our stay even more wonderful! I really like our room and we stayed in room number 2. It is so light and the temperature of room was perfect! The whole apartmant is so clean. I like the touch that we had extra blankets and cups of coffee. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Bath the most cleanest one I have ever seen. I will also add that the apartmant is really near city center and in the most beautiful street! Over all, we are so glad that we had chance to stay there and definetly coming again!

Located in the heart of Kikinda, on a quiet, one-of-a-kind street with beautiful tall trees that created a wonderful tunnel of branches and leaves. Has to be seen to be appreciated. Apartment is modern, nicely designed and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean 10+ High speed internet worked well for remote work. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating as we needed a late checkout. Highly recommended!

During my seven-day vacation in Kikinda, I had the privilege of staying at a place I could rightly call an "oasis of peace". The accommodation is located just a four-minute walk from the bustling city center, filled with restaurants, shops, and promenades, while "Staro jezero", a perfect spot for walks with its small park, swimming pool, and idyllic rows of trees, is just about 13 minutes away on foot. The room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious and tastefully decorated, evoking a Mediterranean-Tuscan charm. The entire property was impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation. At night, it was extremely quiet, ideal for rest, while the dimmed light from several lamps in the room created an exceptionally comfortable atmosphere. The large windows of the room provided plenty of daylight, and the accommodation is located on a street that has been declared one of the most beautiful in the world. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making my stay memorable. I am very grateful for their assistance and advice on getting around Kikinda. If you are looking for a peaceful haven with easy access to all city attractions, this place is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to truly experience the hospitality and charms of Kikinda.
