comfy studio attached to the side of the owner's home.

Great access to beach. Kitchen and coffee machine facilities. Two fellas, two separate beds. could borrow a surf board and boogy board.

It was home away from home. The owners have thought about all the necessary details. It was very convenient on many levels - all the cooking utensils and accessories you need, plenty of towels, shampoo, bath gels, laundry with washing detergent, plenty of bins, comfortable beds, super close to the beach with views to the beloved Cathedral Rocks, and literally next door to the beautiful views of Minnamurra. It is a perfect location.

Great location, only steps to the beach, great hosts, easy walking distance to shops including a small but well stocked supermarket, a liquor shop, takeaway fish shop, pharmacy and two cafes. The room was a separate sleepout with laundry/bathroom and was one of the best supplied places that we’ve stayed at including a full kitchen, double bed, sofa bed, washer and dryer - fantastic!

Loved the location, it was so close to beautiful Jones Beach. Jo, the host was so lovely. Everything you could ever want was there. Jo even loaned us an iPhone charger when we forgot ours. You can't get better service than that!

Keys were left in the door just as described. The studio is very comfortable, well set out, clean, dry, comfortable, great hot shower, plenty of towels, ample toilet paper and located in a very quiet area. We didn't cook a meal but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with pans, cutlery, glasses etc. We had difficulty turning the TV on but one quick text to Jo and she called straight back with clear instructions on how to reset the TV and all was well. Great location, so close to the beach, local shops and 5 minute drive to Kiama.

Amazing property so close to the beach. The location is incredible and the studio is much bigger than the photos show in the listing. There aren’t many properties in the area with a washer and dryer. Owners are great hosts. Will definitely return
