He speaks excellent English, is extremely generous, and constantly went the extra mile to assist us — from helping with money exchange to thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly welcome. His kindness and professionalism elevated our experience beyond expectations. It is because of people like Savlat that traveling becomes such a memorable and meaningful experience. The hotel itself is also excellent: within walking distance of Registan, with spacious rooms, large and comfortable beds, all necessary facilities, and an abundant, varied breakfast. The laundry service is offered at a very good price, which was very convenient during our travels. We truly enjoyed our time here — it was the perfect reset after a busy itinerary. We had already visited Khiva and Bukhara, but this was by far the best stay of our trip.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Samarkand and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Registan. The rooms are clean and the hotel is new. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were understanding and helpful.

When I arrived earlier than standard check in time, the hotel manager, Savlat, allowed me to check in early. He gave me a room on the third level, with my own balcony, overlooking the streets and the mountains beyond. Speaking good English, he allowed me to print some documents for the next leg of the journey, and even helped me photocopy a copy of my passport for me. Savlat and his family helped run the hotel, giving guests good (but simple) breakfast, round the clock access, and cleaning the room for you if you asked for it. Water is also free to ask. Registan Square is about a 12-15 minute walk away and Mansur Shashlick is also a stone's throw. You cannot ask for anything better!

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The location is convenient, walking distance from Registan square. The Wi-Fi is good and realiable. The room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. The hair dryer and toiletries are provided. The breakfast is okay, nothing special. The staff is friendly and attentive. They speak some English. We would stay there again.
