“Good Stay in Good Location”

Location is right in the old city of Khiva. Nice courtyard. The staff - Umid is very helpful and he speaks good English. He gave good recommendation for where to eat. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and modern. You can walk to all attractions in the old city. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, a very good stay with good staff.

We loved the the location (inside the wall) and the hospitality. Delora and the rest of the family were so welcoming and you can see they cared about their guests. The room we had was super clean and had everything we needed, it was super cozy. Amazing homemade breakfast every morning and everything was super fresh. The terrace was lovely to have and we enjoyed it much as we can. Thank you!

Our stay in Khiva was wonderful and memorable. The excellent facilities and beautiful décor reflected the city’s rich cultural heritage. The owner and staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, while the food was fresh and delicious. The convenient location made sightseeing easy. Most importantly, the genuine kindness and hospitality of the local people made our visit truly special and unforgettable.

The location is extraordinary, the hotel is very beautiful especially it‘s entrance hall. There is even a rooftop terrace. Everything’s very clean.

Small hotel with rooms overlooking an interior courtyard. The owner was extremely nice and the breakfast was fine. It's easy to reach to the hotel since it's located close to the enter of the old city. Taxis can get into it too.  Very well located  Quiet  Clean  Welcoming owner

“Perfect stay, highly recommend!”

We stayed here for two nights and it was a great experience for us. The hotel is directly managed by the family, which made our stay truly authentic. Mrs. Dilora, the owner, has a unique energy and goes out of her way to make her guests feel at ease. Communication was made possible thanks to her very kind nephew, who is at the reception as he speaks perfect English. During our stay, we were looking for a specific carpet and Mrs. Dilora with her nephew mobilizing the entire city by trying to help us in our research. The hotel is in perfect Khiva style, with carved wooden columns inside and out. Our room was spotless and even brand new, since we could still smell the wood. This is a very beautiful place, but the welcome and kindness of the hosts make it even more special.
