“Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere”
Excellent location. Peaceful rooftop terrace where an excellent breakfast is served. Helpful family atmosphere and we went on a taxi ride with them to the mud forts which was really worthwhile.

“Relaxing stay”
Great location, nice cool breeze coming through the main terrace, great place to watch the world go by. Owner Rosa is lovely, and breakfast is great. No complaints about anything, loved my stay.

Centrally located and quiet, with a fan in the room that kept the Khiva summer heat at bay. The owner was always checking in to make sure everything was okay, and the dinner I had there was also very good.

This place has perfect localisation right in front of the entrance to the Ichan Kala. There is huge tarrace with perfect view where you can chill and relax or enjoy the BEST we evere had breakfast. Perfect place in Khiva to explore local atractions ;)

“Family atmosphere stay with good Location”
The location was very good. Terrace area and the view will give good feel. Breakfast and eating area was awesome. All staffs are smiley faces on all time. I was completely feel safe as I am travelling with family including two kids aging 2 & 4. And they made me check in time flexible to enter very early.
