“Scam Hotel”
Nothing, as they accepted our paid booking. On arrival they informed us they were full with 2 football teams, it was out problem. I threatened to involve the police, only then they found inferior accomodation for us which I insisted they paid for. Do not trust this hotel, it is a typical scam used on Booking. Do not stay here. They should be removed from thus platform.

Helpful staff to solve the problem with room heating. Got another room and the night was nice and warm. Very cold outside.

Honestly as a chef who works in the industry I was appalled by this hotel. They should honestly be embarrassed. No wifi, no towels, the evening was a microwave meal charged at an exorbitant price. The included breakfast was coffee which was so old it was very sour, and the remainder of the breakfast was simply uneatable. I don't think I've ever left a hotel with such a sour taste in my mouth. The staff were nice.
