Wonderful. A warm and welcoming sanctuary in the heart of Kharkiv. The staff were marvellous and extremely kind and the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. What's more, they havel very good wines by the bottle at great prices (a godsend when you arrive too late to go out!) I can't recommend this highly enough.

“Very good and safe place to stay in Kharkiv”
Had a good stay at this hotel. Very safe, slept very well. Spacious room, with little kitchenette to make coffee, teas, and heat up some food from near by supermarket. Good location with easy distance to city center and big park. The reception staff was so kind to assist with ensuring a taxi for an early morning train back to Kyiv.

“Safe hotel. Terrible customer service.”
They have underground rooms, which is a huge plus given the constant air raid sirens. You can sleep soundly through the night.

I appreciate this hotel for its location and comfort level. It is very silent and safe (because of the basement floor). And the most valuable that it is always available - I have no idea why it is so unpopular but I like it. Although, very close to the hotel there is not bad cafe, that is opened at 8:00.

“A great place to stay in the city center of Kharkiv”
Everything was just fantastic, best place to stay. Very quiet, located in the city center, there are rooms in the basement with no windows if you want to feel safer during the rocket attacks Very friendly staff, clean rooms and homey atmosphere in the room.

Perfect place to stay for one night in Kharkiv. Comfortable room with all facilities i need - bed, shower, quiet. And at the same time it is in the center of the city where you can find everithing you need (park, bars).

No window in the room, and for me this is a really big problem. No hot water in the bathroom, but it can happen. In any case I have found a solution but only because I have slept there only one night. Honestly the room was really warm, and having a coversheet on the bef was not strictly necessary. But if you decide to put it on, it would be good that it was clean. Good price, but not suggested if you must sleep here more then 1 night. The possibilities for improvement are there. The only unsolvable detail, for me, is the lack of a window. For everything else good potential, with a minimum of more attention.
