This was the best hotel I have stayed in my life the size of room was massive and it was fitted with all luxury furniture , the staff where really kind and understood English, overall if you are coming to kharkiv I definitely recommend coming to hotel misto and booking the biggest room as you will never get an exspiernce like it

The hotel complex is big, although we didn’t try pool and gym. We ordered room service and food was good, especially dessert (Napoleon and cheesecake was great) The receptionist were helping with early breakfast.

Fantastic staff. Really friendly and helpful. Front desk and restaurant staff were all excellent. Good rooms. Great breakfast included and free use of spa. Really impressive place. I’d recommend.

“Nice hotel to stay if you want to access swimming pool in summer.”
The complex offers a lot of possibilities. Outside pool for adults and another one for children is maybe the main plus regarding the hotel. The rooms are good also.
