“Good hostel let down by an admin error.”

Good hostel, able to keep our luggage here whilst we did our night on the Chaweng Lake, did have some ants in our room but that’s to be expected in this area.

“Amazing experience all round couldn’t recommend enough!”

Staff were so helpful in organising our stay in chillax on in Khaosok national park. The staff were always available to answer questions via instagram dm or in person. The rooms were excellent with a little cafe for breakfast in the morning. The hostel organised our onward travel to Koh Phi Phi which was so smooth and convenient. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It's okay. Dorm fine, hadn't got curtains all the way around.

The hostel staff was very nice and helpfull. The overnight lake tour houses were also pretty and okay. Booking extra things like a night safari was very easy to do last minute. We would advise to book the night safari. Our guide Nicy was very lovely and spoke English very well.

Very poor and frustrating experience. My booking was clearly marked as modifiable, yet my request was refused immediately without any explanation, despite visible availability for the dates I asked for. Communication was extremely unprofessional: most of my messages were ignored, calls were declined, and the only response I received was rude and dismissive. I was left without any real support and ultimately had to book another place at my own expense. This behavior is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place, especially if you need any flexibility with your booking.

“Private room was grand for the 1 night!”

We stayed 1 night before going to Khao Sok in the morning. We had a private room which was grand and done the job for the night. The location was good, near the bus station (5 minute drive) and beside shops/restaurants.

Only stayed to go to the floating bungalows, probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept on, but at the end of the day it’s a hostel

“Great place to stay before trip to Khao Sok NP”

We stayed here the night before our trip with Chillax to Khao Sok national park. It was great for the night. The staff were super friendly and helpful with arranging pick up from the airport and onward travel.

When I emailed to say my bag had been infested with red ants from my stay here and asked if anything could be done, I have had no reply and no sort of communication from the hostel nor an apology. poor service

The hostel is conveniently located in Khao Sok Village and fine for a night’s stay before the overnight bungalow trip. We had a private room which was fine - nothing special and quite expensive given it’s a hostel.

Stayed here before the floating bungalows and found it to be a nice stay.

The staff were helpful and location is good. The coral cave tour was great! The guides work very hard. Big shout out to Sammy he was such a positive and happy guy and the boat man he used was great. Really enjoyed the trip.
