We had a lovely stay at Rak Suan, excellent value and off the beaten track. Perfect if you like peace and quiet and to be away from the crowds. There’s a 7/11 and some good restaurants within walking distance. We did walk to Coconut beach a couple of times. The owners were very friendly and great at communicating. We hired a scooter with them and they took us to our bus stop when it was time to leave. We would deffo return if we are passing through. The room had everything we needed and the porch to sit out front was lovely and we had a lovely view of the garden.

it's a small independent modest house, very simple yet cozy. There's no AC but surprisingly very comfortable, I never feel hot in that little house. I LOVE IT very much. The owner delivers the mosquito coils every evening, and on the last day they gave me a fresh coconut. Perfect place for some quiet, alone time. Internet also working perfectly.

It was clean, looks like the photos, but is not the same as written description. There are two cabins, the other one might have two rooms, this cabin does not.

After explaining that we are not happy with the room because it has no mosquito net and we can not get the air in the room at night the owner is happy to make refund straight away.

the bungalow with its surroundings is very beautiful, the host was also very friendly and helpful although it was not always super easy to communicate in english, the village is very quit and nice, the cafe and its owners in a 5 minute walk are super nice too

At first, I was little bit sceptical about booking place without any review, but took the risk and was positively surprised, that we extended it for another couple days. It's very well located, secluded spot, surrounded by Banana trees ,far from the buzzing main street, and close to many beaches nearby. As they have only one Hut so far, you are the only there, so VERY Private. If you look for great place to relax, meditate, etc. in Khao Lak for very reasonable price... That's the bet.
