“Best stay ever, they had everything we could need.”

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Yamma. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. The surroundings were very peaceful and close to shops. The scooter hire service meant we did not need to go searching for transport and was a fair price. We definitely will stay there again of out next journey to Khaolak.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The resort is tucked away but not far from civilisation and so it is quiet but still in touch with amenities. The communal resort pool was great. Breakfast was great. Good little find.

Very big room with comfortable bed. A!so has large terrace to sit on. Cleaned everyday. Good size pool with nice sunbeds. Nice grounds and quiet. Friendly staff. The room is so big with so much space could add a kitchenette with plates and cutlery and also bigger fridge.

The resort is located 500m from the main road, so it's quiet. The pool was great. Nice cooling during daily heat. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice and extra eggs and bacon if you want it. Rooms and resort were very clean. Great care was taken of it. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Especially the lady that managed the desk and restaurant. The food was delicious even for our non-spicy taste. Simple daily morning market with fish, meat, spices, fruits in 5-10 minutes walk. This resort is perfect as a base for doing tours.

We stayed here for a short time and, to be fair, the room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. The location is peaceful, and you can reach the center in just five minutes by car.

“The best place to stay in Khaolak!”

Khaolak Yama Resort is a tropical paradise, a little slice of heaven! We stayed in the two bedroom villa with a private pool for two weeks, and found the resort to be completely peaceful and relaxing. Bree and her team are wonderful, Bree welcomed us with open arms, and was very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable each day. She went above and beyond, even offering to buy foods that we couldn't find at the market. My mum was Thai, but unfortunately she passed away a few years earlier, and Bree really did step into that role and make us feel at home. Everything was clean (and then cleaned again daily) to perfection, we could find absolutely nothing wrong the resort. We used the laundry service, and received all our clothes cleaned, dried and folded the next day! Breakfast was excellent each day, eggs and bacon cooked freshly to request (scrambled/omelette/fried) and plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. There were also Thai dishes available which were rotated every day, so you could try something new. There were plenty of bikes to rent to get around on, but we mostly used the local taxi service recommended by Bree. This was extremely efficient (and budget friendly!), they could be contacted via WhatsApp and always showed up on time with a smile. It only took a few minutes to reach places like Bang Niang market. We have the best memories from staying here, and will definitely be back. You will not regret booking Khaolak Yama Resort, it'll be the highlight of your trip!
