“A good option if you're on a budget”

- The garden is beautiful - Good location, close to the city centre where there are good restaurants, not too far from the beach if you're a runner or can drive a scooter. Watching the sunrise from the beach is wonderful, as much as eating good seafood in the beach front in the evening. - Effort was put to make the bedroom a cosy space - Overall it's a good option for that price.

“Highly recommended”

My stay was as good as I had hoped for - and more. The accommodation is just as described, and comfortable. I slept extremely well. The location is perfect - right beside the town but very quiet. No problems at all while I was there with mosquitoes. What exceeded my expectations was the friendliness and support of Marco and Kan. Marco fetched me from the airport and took me back at the end of my stay, and helped me to hire a scooter. It made travelling on my own an adventure, and I always had someone ask about local information. Kan cooked me some very nice Thai food. Khanom is a great place. Not over- developed, so you can still find good food at "locals prices", and not over-run with tourists. Took a boat tour with Khanom Tour, Thailand ( they have a Facebook page) and was lucky enough to see pink dolphins.

The sound of the jungle during the night outside was amazing, the space inside was silent and very comfortable. The guys that own the place are good people, really focused about guests. Good job!

The mezzanine level with the bed was very enjoyable and nice look out windows The downstairs furniture was uncomfortable especially the coutch and the stairs way too steep. Bit over inverted but manageable, (not when drunk) 😅🤣 bathroom was tidy and functional kitchen was nice and practical, nice deco nice gardens. Empty mini bar. 😭 Definitely worth a visit to see the monitor lizard in the morning, restaurant was closed unfortunately and no book of local restaurants that delivered. Sound insulation was poor. But manageable.

Property is really lovely, super quiet place to relax. Had a few amenities but quite basic, good value for the price though. Staff were super lovely & helpful and even rented us a bike, which is very necessary!

“Peaceful”

It was in a good position, not far from town. But nice and remote, lovely bungalows but be warned the beds are up a ladder which might not suit everyone. But we loved the lay out. Such friendly people in this area. We went to an amazing cave, natural spa and had a stop along the way to feed some massive fish, then a trip to the beach all arranged by the host. A lovely man from the end of the road took us to these amazing places. We had such a good day.

The place is really nice. Kan is so friendly and helpful. She's also a really good chef so don't hesitate to eat there. Thank you for the stay :)

“Amazing and peaceful place”

Wow what a wonderful place to stay in Khanom! Marco made me feel very welcome and his wife is a great cook (and they have a veg menu!). The room is sooo nicely decorated, spacious and the bed is very comfy. It was a super comfortable stay and got many recommendations to explore the area. Perfect to escape the crowdedness on the islands for some peace and quiet. Only 4 rooms available so consider yourself lucky if you can book a stay here!

The duplex are lovely - cosy, clean and spacious. I also loved the very well maintained garden and common space - feel immediately at home! The owners were so welcoming and incredibly helpful. You may never want to leave!! Best experience

Owners are very friendly people, who helped us with everything from renting scooter and recommending places to visit (and there is many amazing places around) to driving us to van departing place when we were leaving. Internet was important for me as I worked during my stay and it worked flawlessly. accomodation is at quiet peaceful place with garden. Khanom is town with minimum tourists and lot of stuff to see, definitely worth visiting and staying couple of days. *also you can find frogs sometimes in garden during night :)

“Villafarmsuk is the place, if you are seeking peace and serenity and with easy access to town.”

Checking in was a breeze. Marco and his wife, Khan, were excellent hosts and on-site to provide whatever was needed. They have created a special and charming environment, inside and out at Villafarmsuk. It has everything one needs, and the grounds are superb. The landscaping is lovely, and it is obvious the owners were quite mindful when creating this special area in the jungle that is also very close to Khanom town. The bed was extra comfortable and firm, but not too firm - just right.
