Having already stayed here once before the setting is still one to behold. Such a tranquil location. The beach is literally steps away. Joy & her 3 dogs are so friendly. Joy is full of local knowledge and suggestions of where to visit. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Great facilities provided, shower easily temperature controlled. Free mini breakfast provided. Parking directly out front. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location is amazing, right on the most beautiful bit of beach. Joy, who runs the establishment, is so kind, helpful and friendly.

Beautiful old building. Love the upstairs balcony rooms overlooking the beach and sea. The best thing about the place though as everyone else mentions is Joy (and the dogs). Joy is so kind and helpful and is the main reason why I keep coming back to sea breeze. I've stayed several times over the past few years and it is like home away from home.

“Wonderful and relaxing stay”

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Joy is hands down the best manager we’ve ever experienced, incredibly helpful, always available, and clearly working hard to make sure guests feel comfortable. She was lovely and very friendly. The location is excellent: quiet and relaxing, with beautiful stars at night and a lovely beach nearby that’s perfect for unwinding. A special mention to the cute and friendly dogs on the property - we already miss them! There’s also a great restaurant directly across the road, which was super convenient. Scooter rental was available at a very fair price, making it easy to explore the area. The surrounding area is fantastic for traveling, with plenty of cool places and scenic viewpoints to discover. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you.

Lovely seaside location with a friendly operator. Good shower pressure. The Terrace @ The Beach restaurant at Khanom Beach Resort (about 3 minutes walk along the beach to the North) is great - and they have a very enticing cocktail menu (160 Baht/cocktail (no 'Happy Hour'). Their Caipirinhas are simply world class. The Terrace @ The Beach restaurant breakfasts are also excellent - and their rice congee is fabulously flavourful. Sea Breeze House provides umbrellas for use during your stay - a nice touch.

Perfect location, right on a quiet beach. Stunning views from the balcony. Very clean and well maintained. Joy and her dogs are super friendly and joy is very helpful with suggesting local attractions. Free toast, fruit, tea and coffee for breakfast, Parking right in front of property. Thank you Joy, we will be back.

Extraordinary beach, beautiful soft sand, wonderful for swimming, stunning place. Joy was a wonderful hostess, loved her dogs and she really looks after her guests...thank you, Joy, it was a pleasure to stay at Sea Breeze House. We will be back one day!
