“Good view, mattress sagged on one side and felt like I was going to roll out of bed.”
Breakfast was good, but I was a little concerned about having to use the same serving utensils as everyone else due to high risk of infections being transmitted that way.

“Pet friendly, close to all Summit County excursions.”
I loved this pet friendly hotel. It was great to have a place where we felt completely comfortable with our dog and loved seeing all the other dogs as well. We appreciated the short walk on the trail to the slopes and the breakfast as well.

“Convenient locale in a sleepy town”
It was conveniently close to my conference center. The staff were really service oriented and happy to help. The room was spacious with a great shower and gorgeous view.

“would Not recommend staying there! It is Not a Hyatt!”
Location was nice. Beds were nice firm and clean. kitchen staff and cleaning staff was friendly and working hard to compensate for bad or lack of management! very unorganized .

Breakfast was great, plenty of hot and cold options. Lots of seating with nice views. Walking path next to hotel with access to pond area. Free valet service. Not a lot of free parking. Lots of cars when hotel is busy. Bus to Dillion, not very frequent.

Everything. No one ever at front desk, only one elevator working, room for breakfast had food and trash all over, selection of food disappointing, out of coffee, no cutlery. Parking not good, signage to find hotel not good. Not a good representation of the Hyatt Hotel name.

the hot tub on the roof was nice after a day of skiing, and it’s a 5 minute walk to mountain house ski school and Peru express lift.

“I don't think I will stay at this hotel again, unless that is my last resort.”
Room was clean and comfortable, suitable for 2 people. The breakfast was ok, a bigger selection would be better especially for those staying longer.
