Nice beach and water. There is seaweed but the hotel is trying to clean it up regularly. Nice pool and nice rooms. Friendy staff at the reception's frontdesk.

“Disappointing!”
The checking, the parking, the luggage went very well and the staff was great. I appreciated the long stay included into the parking fee (car could stay parked until 10 am on check out day) . I appreciated the understanding and the solutions from the desk when I mentioned issues and reminded the Internet not included.

“The Staff communicated daily about any needs and even assisted in picture taking since I was alone.”
The location to the tourist area of the town was convenient while at the same time offering a beach front access.

It's very hard to give an accurate review as we stayed during the two days of Hurricane Ian so we didn't get to experience the hotel or the island at its best. However the staff coped very well under the situation. We upgraded the room and it was spacious and had everything we needed. The restaurant was good under the circumstances and the stay was certainly memorable.

“Fantastic hotel, great hotel - would stay there again.”
I didn't like the first room we were given and as we were with another couple and saw their room, we asked to change. New room was great. Liked the fact that we could use the adult pool at the sister hotel and loved the location.

The location is excellent, very close to Duval Street and the Southernmost Point. The beach is a nice addition and the rooms are ok.

“Great staff, great beds, great courtyard, unswimable private beach due to red sea grass.”
Room was nice, bathroom great, beds comfortable, staff very nice, checkin/checkout easy, fantastic location for sightseeing, again, staff was excellent. courtyard activities were great (creative). Pool was nice.
