Very cozy and peaceful place to stay. If you’re looking for a truly quiet area and want to relax without any noise, this is a perfect choice. The atmosphere is ideal: no kids, no noise, everything is well organized and thoughtfully arranged. The room is small but very comfortable, and the bathroom is absolutely amazing. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean and pleasant. Ice, tea, coffee, and water are always available, which is very convenient. We liked it so much that we would confidently rate it 10 out of 10. We would definitely stay here again.

“The best hotel in Key West”
We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!

Very pretty room and location, very stylish. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Outdoor space is partially shared but private. Dehumidifier present, very nice with the climate, although alarms from this during the night were less enjoyable (no instructions for this were seen). WiFi was very good!

“Wonderful.”
Coffee, hot and fresh in the mornings with the owner and support staff. Rider was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the area. She arranged bikes for us and saw to all of our needs. We enjoyed the outside balcony right off our room. The king bed was comfortable and all of the linens were fresh and clean.

Very nice small hotel in a historic villa house, in a splendid and very calm neighborhood. Extremely nice and kind hosts. You feel like being at your friends house. Parking available on the street around the corner, and all locations including harbour, seafront and Duval street in easy walking distance.

“fantastic property run by lovely people”
Fantastic property run by the loveliest people. the room was comfortable and we were given free access to bicycles to ride around to places we wanted to see. We were also given sunscreen in our room that we could take with us for our days out. They also had beach towels to use. Coffee and snacks were provided in the morning. Great stay and would highly recommend!

“Great place to explore Key West”
The property was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for Duval Street which was only a 15 min walk away. Good free off street parking.

“Amazing place to stay in Key West!”
Jeff and Belinda are great. They gave as a really warm welcome and were really caring and helpful during our stay. Jeff and Belinda alone would be worth to come to this place. The room and bathroom was very clean. The furnitures and other stuff in the room were carefully selected to fit in this renovated house with its lovely history. We can highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Key West.
