Breakfast was lovely and quite a bit to choose from. Location was perfect just off Duval St. Room was lovely and clean and had all we needed.

The position was excellent and nice and quiet at the end of an evening, busy during the day given that its position was right opposite the southernmost buoy , great staff , car park !

A Wonderful place, exactly what we expected from the previous reviews location was great size and cleanliness of the rooms comfy bed great breakfast great entertainment , but stopped early enough not to disrupt our sleep, which i was initially worried about due to our room location, but really want a problem at all

“Great place to stay”

Very spacious room, kept very clean, with good easy combination access to the room. Parking at back hotel was very good. Great food in the French restaurant.

Room was clean and tranquil ,and the bed very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The happy hour and live music were a nice touch.

The room was large and comfortable. Nice to have a drink included with the room. Parking wasn't a problem. We liked the set up and breakfast was fine with fresh fruit.

The location was excellent. At the quiet end of Duval Street, walking distance to the Truman White House, Hemingway's House, the Southernmost Point Buoy, Fort Zachary Taylor state Park and lots of restaurants and bars. The property had a great bar with live singers and a food truck. Guests get a drink voucher for a free drink each day. The live music was a great vibe and as was the bar. Both the music and the bar were done by 7pm so nothing to stop you getting off to sleep if you needed an early night. Breakfast was included and was a decent selection of yoghurt, fruit, granola, pastries and toast. The free onsite parking had room for plenty of cars. Bathroom was big and had plenty of towels.

The location was excellent, room and the whole guest house are very clean and beautiful. The bed bas very comfortable, there was a lot of space as well as storage space, had parking close by. Staff was nice too.
