Located in Key West, this Florida adult-only inn offers complimentary, light continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi access. Duval Street is 2 minutes’ drive from the property and The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is 3 minutes’ drive away. “A little paradise in the middle of paradise Key West.”
The place is perfectly located in the middle of Key West, just 3 min walk to Duval Street. Our suite was cute and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was normal, but getting it served at the main pool area (there are three more smaller pools) made it special. Parking was available for 35 $ per day. There was free water refill. Roosters were all around, which I found wonderful.

Johnathan and Violet were exceptional hosts, me and my husband had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful hotel, which has a great location in Key West. I would recommend anyone thinking of visiting Key West to book a room at Simonton Court you will not be disappointed.

Great location close to Duval Street and the main attractions. A really nice guesthouse with pools and beautiful gardens. A great little breakfast served each morning in the garden areas was really great. Staff very helpful and accomodation, especially Jonathan at reception and the breakfast staff. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a stay in Key West

“A lovely stay in Key West”
The staff was welcoming and professional. The four pools, accessible 24/7, were lovely and well heated. Excellent location. The room was so nice. The possibility to fill your bottles with fresh water at any time and free coffee all day near to the big pool. Breakfast was also delicious.

“Will never book this hotel anymore.”
It was a very awful experience. We called the property cause after a heavy rain we didn’t feel safe to arrive at the hotel. Fair, we already paid for the night and there was no free cancellation. But we were expecting way more comprehension from the owners. In Key West under the rain for 24 hours is dangerous and not comfortable. And, we called one day before our arrival, not after the check-in. We are very upset about their behavior, for sure we won’t never go there again neither we will recommend this place, after this treatment. I’m sorry but it was very bad.
