For me the best Option in Key West. Uncomparable!

We received a very warm welcome and the check-in process was extremely pleasant. A particularly positive point was that the staff immediately helped us with the parking situation on the public parking lot when the credit card payment did not work — this was very thoughtful and helpful. We were also given a complete tour of the entire property, which is not something you experience everywhere and left a great first impression. As a nice gesture, we received two complimentary drink vouchers that could be redeemed both at the bar and at the front restaurant. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the service and the welcome. The property itself is located right in the middle of Duval Street, where there is a lively atmosphere in the evenings. It is worth knowing that it can be quite loud every night due to the music — so guests who enjoy a vibrant and energetic environment will feel right at home. Another positive aspect worth mentioning is the lovely and thoughtfully arranged breakfast setup. There was coffee, milk, and small goodies such as bagels, butter, jam, Philadelphia cream cheese, Nutella, as well as a small fridge with hard-boiled eggs and fresh juices like orange and apple juice. The breakfast was also available for a long period and guests could help themselves freely, which we found very sweet and considerate.

So friendly, staff were all lovely and other guests very friendly too. We had what was described as a budget room at the front of the hotel. While other rooms were bigger this was more than adequate and in the perfect location overlooking the street. For the most part quiet by a reasonable hour for sleep. Room 22. Great pool though the hot tub was maybe a little too hot at times. Very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is nothing special due to everything having to be individually packaged but a lot better than some other hotels we stayed in and more than adequate. Great location right in the middle of Duval street with clubs and bars very close. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Key West after this.

We've been warmly welcomed. Like a lot the spirit of this place. Everything went so smooth. The location is great. The atmosphere is very peaceful, safe and easy going. Would have loved to stay longer.

The hosts were very friendly. The room and the facilities met the expecations. I like the fact that they were really upfront on what to expect, also in terms of noise. The guest house is really well located. The discount for the Parking worked like a bliss, and at a very reasonable rate. I would stay here again.
