“Shuttle bus and using other hotels facilities a big plus”

The facilities and shuttle bus into Key West was great and the use of the other hotels either side of the Hilton was a great plus point.

There's no security during the night, I had to call 911 as some homeless people sneak into the hotel and were smoking 420 on my door. Reception didn't pick the phone. In the room curtain was getting stuck constantly and bed was outdated. This hotel absolutely does not deserve the money they ask for.

Very good breakfest (18$). The shuttle buss takes you to the centre on Key West for free. Clean hotel. The bar in the garden is good, try out the food too!

This hotel was better then I expected. On arrival the lobby area was stunning and very clean. We were shown to our room which was great. Very spacious and very clean. Right by the pool. Felt very safe and had on site parking. They even have free laundry service which was a saviour. Less than 15 min drive to downtown area and they even provide a free shuttle service. Pool bar was also very good! Also used the gym which was again better than I expected!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. My problem is more with bookings.com. My mother inlaw is suffering from cancer, we were hoping she would join us. Unfortunately she was too ill.. We had my father with us too who has dementia... I had the name null (not Paula Angelina Wolmarans) on my booking... they struggled to find my booking on the computer... I asked for 2 rooms next to one another... the front desk was accommodating by moving us to the same floor.. atleast.... I could not cancel the room with pool view which was for my mother inlaw who was ill because I had to give the room up and then get hold of bookings.com to get a refund..... well...if you've ever tried to get hold of bookings.com from a different continent..(or at home) its almost impossible.... Overall the hotel was accommodating, clean and friendly.... its not their fault we're old and had very loud children in the pool.... if bookings.com does not improve on their contact and communication skills or apps.... I will be booking flights, stays etc with another hospitality app. Feedback from my point of view. Kind regards, Paula Angelina Wolmarans
