A comfortable, modern and clean room in a great location with amazing views along our route exploring incredible Iceland. There are so many things to do and see) Nothing to complain about) If we could give it more than 10 points, we would. Thank you very much for perfect conditions)

Absolute amazing hotel - beautiful rooms, excellent food, fantastic spa!

The location plus the design and facilities are unbeatable, unless you prefer staying in a tent in the wind and rain :) Very beautifully designed rooms with all comforts. Excellent restaurant. Sauna and hot tubs. Its expensive but consider it a gift to yourself. Be aware that the groundfloor does not have the 'sit in the window' feature but rather a patio in front of the large window.

Amazing hotel in the Highlands. Very kind ranger who provided us with hiking information every morning. Great restaurant! Nice hot pool. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

“The perfect highland base in the outback.”

The most remote and yet the most beautiful hotel we stated in in Iceland. Cosy, comforting, delicious food and very friendly staff. The walks around the highland base are simply breathtaking with the red volcanic stone of Kerlingafjoll. An absolute must.

It's just about the only place to stay and relax if you are visiting Kerlingarfjoll and after spending a day on the F roads it's certainly nice to have a comfortable room to sleep in.

We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable Icelandic experience.
