“Perfect for work related stays”
Is not my first time here. This hotel is comfortable, staff very friendly and room clean. The restaurant have been renewed and looks great. Breakfast is basic but enough for my needs and restaurant have the basic but tasty and prices affordable. Supermarket nearby apart of other stores like decathlon or brico

I was told at the check in that the room had not been paid for so I paid and only after checking my credit card Pyongyang my room I discovered Zi had paid twice for the room. The reimbursement was difficult because the staff did not know how to do this only why checking out the receptionist promised that the surplus payment would be reimbursed but it only happened three days later. In the end the whole matter was resolved but it was all rather complicated and unpleasant.

The have given the room to another guest (Rafaela) than my guest (Rafael) without checking the booking code and last names. Realising their blunder they gave another room to my guest and also charged him also instead of sending me (the business) a bill

“I hated my stay at this hotel…….. and wanted to leave after 2 nights.”
I didn’t. It is a run down hotel which is disappointing seeing it is part of the Fletcher group. I wanted to cancel one night out of 3 because I hated staying there. But the hotel would not let me cancel. At €200 a night without breakfast is just not good. This hotel needs to renovate. I did not have a good time at this hotel at all. Hence why I wanted to leave after 2 nights.

Stayed here on a match day so very convenient. Room was modern and clean. Bus takes about 15 mins from Heerlen or Kerkrade. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but that is personal preference. €3 city tax to be paid on arrival
