I visit around 10 Villas, apartments every year in Greece and throughout Europe. I have never had such a pleasant experience. The location is magical with a unique unlimited see views. The decoration is personally selected, from ms.Athena unique for each Villa. Mrs. Athena and her son Alexandros welcomed us, with a bottle of local wine, and other goodies. They explained everything to us, and every day they were constantly next to us via, media, and answered our every question. Even when I forgot my wife's birthday, in 2 hours, with a phone call, they organized everything in style, ordered a cake and flowers, decorated the room, and saved me. The room is cleaned, if you wish, daily. Also a by-by beautiful gift given to as well when we left. I am very happy when a representative of Greek hospitality gives lessons to random people like that. I recommend it with all my heart.

The Villas are stunning! Very comfortable and all facilities you need. Our children loved the private pool, the outdoor space and their bedroom. A beautiful villa, very comfortable and decorated with love.

“Quiet, relaxed, very comfortable, great hospitality”

The last part of the road to Athenea Villa leads through an olive tree plantation, with some very ancient, thick trees. Just a bit further and the house is standing there, with majestic views to the sea. Keri is the quiet part of Zakynthos, with a small village with a Harbour, 3 supermarkets, some taverna’s. We loved it! But we loved even better our appartment with it’s giant own outdoor space, a private pool, multiple places to sit and wonderful sea-views. Our week of relaxing in Zakynthos in the spring was everything we searched for (except for the cold water of both pool and sea early may). Athina and Alex were very kind, interested, keen to have us completely relaxing and taken care of. Communication was easy and quick and the recommendation for a boat rental was top. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed place to stay with your own pool in Zakynthos, look no further!

“It felt like we were staying with old friends which we loved”

The personal touch by the host made a big difference - our flight was delayed but the host still waited for us to show us the Accomodation and welcome us. The views across the bay were stunning and the location was peaceful. The harbour with lots of little cafes and restaurants is a pleasant 10 minute walk through the olive groves.

Everything was amazing! The personnel was wonderful. They left some sort of notebook with countless of recommendations for beaches and restaurants that really helped us narrow down where we wanted to go each day. They also helped us with renting out a boat for the turtle island for cheaper than what we found. There was a lot of parking space in case you’re traveling by car. The view from the villa was exceptional and the inside of the house was very beautiful too. You don’t need to bring anything at all because they have everything you need there. There is also a beach very close by, about 600 meters if you’re walking. We recommend this to everyone that is traveling to Zakynthos. It was a huge pleasure to be there!

“Exceptional hospitality in a peaceful setting”

The owner, Alex, is incredibly kind and welcoming. Collecting the keys was very efficient, and he even texted us in advance to make sure he arrived on time. We were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift upon arrival and another thoughtful present when we left. Throughout our stay, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, even giving us a ride to a tourist attraction since we didn’t have a car. He also helped us with booking tours, shared recommendations, and was always responsive. The location is very quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect if you prefer peace over being in a busy commercial area. The beach is about 20 minutes’ walk away, though having a car would be more convenient. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely terrace.

Beautiful location and stunning view. Comfortable and clean with the most wonderful and generous hosts. It's only a short walk or drive to the cutest little harbour where you can get a boat trip to stunning Keri caves. Thank you to Alexandro and Athina for making our stay outstanding!

A truly memorable holiday home! One of the best places we have ever stayed – everything was simply perfect. Athina and Alex are wonderful hosts, incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed to make our stay unforgettable. The property itself is a little gem, lovingly designed with attention to detail – from the beautiful garden to the spacious apartment. The location is fantastic, with stunning views. The pool is great for relaxing, and the apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen. You can also walk down to the nearby beach and charming restaurants along the small roads behind the gardens. We hired a car to explore other beautiful parts of Zakynthos, guided by the excellent tips we received from the owners. We can also highly recommend this place.

This is an excellent place for peaceful family holidays. Athina and her family are fantastic hosts who take excellent care of their guests and made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. The pictures on Booking.com truthfully show the property which is very well equipped and maintained, also very clean. The location is peacefully quiet and yet conveniently close (600-800m) to a small beach, some restaurants and shops. The view is stunning, both from the accommodation itself and from the romantic gazebo at everybody’s disposal.

Usually, we remember our stay by the people and their attitudes. The owner and her son are wonderful people. They were there for us all the time and provided everything we needed. We got much more than just kindness here! The view is wonderful. The pool was used mainly by our two children, while parents had the opportunity to enjoy the nearby special area under the stars, where we were relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view (we used it for some time to ourselves and a glass of champagne:)). I recommend a visit. You will be delighted by it all.

“Amazing apartment, hosts and view”

Location of the property is wonderful, really paradise, beautiful view. You cannot have a better location than this ! Athina and Alex are super hosts. They make you feel so welcome and are amazing kind hosts who will do their utmost to make your stay memorable. The apartment was great, a lot of space, very good bed, and the outer space of our apartment was amazing. We had lots of shadow and seats outside and a lovely pool and not to mention the view ..... Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need if you would like to cook. We are always touring with our rental car and end up at the beach but now we really wanted to go back to our apartment to enjoy the outer space and pool. Eva comes every day to clean your apartment and you very often get clean towels.

Athenea made our stay truly lovely. She was such a gracious host and made us feel so welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer.
