“Not Happy that I left with injuries from staying at your hotel.”
Breakfast hours were to short so I didn't get to try the breakfast. The parking lot has a metal bar that sticks out of the ground for the gate to slide across, it is not marked in any way and is difficult to see. I ended up tripping over it and falling flat on my face cutting my knee open and injuring my back and shoulder. When I called down to the front desk for bandaids they made me come down and get them myself. Really not impressed with the service and contemplating on wether or not I should see a lawyer about the fall on your property.

“Kent visit”
The first lady we met Malou was excellent. Very friendly and helpful gave excellent customer service. The place overall was good and clean.

The main bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety of both hot and cold foods. The room was clean and stocked with the basics. The desk staff were helpful. If you are not using a pull out bed and you have a vehicle, it's a comfortable place to stay.
