The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Though the room is pretty small and no-frill, my bed was clean and comfortable and the rest of the room was clean as well. I also love that my floor was quiet...was able to relax after a long week. Also there's plenty of free parking and the hitel is very close to a mall and several dine-in restaurants.

“Absolutely amazing!”
Breakfast was delicious. Very convenient and considerate. No complaints from anyone in my family which was a plus!! Great selection. Wish there was a non-pork meat option on the day we grabbed food but overall everything was great!! Loved the personalized welcome and the cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel. And the staff were very nice and accommodating! Customer experience was a 10/10!! Also, I love how secure the elevators were, having a coffee/tea bar available 24/7, and having sanitizer stations everywhere that ACTUALLY WORKED!!

“Tru by Hilton made my weekend getaway amazing.”
The breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed it every morning and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was great close to everything all the restaurants and the mall.
