“It was average”
The hotel was about average as was the breakfast. It was challenge to get in and out of facility due to location. Room was very roomy. Check in and out was easy.

The breakfast was good other than my soured milk. It wasn’t out of date, but I suspect it had been unrefrigerated at some point. The bed was very comfortable.

The room cleaning service broke in many times in the morning when I was sleeping. They even entered the room when I was still asleep. They practically took me out of the room, it was a very unpleasant experience

“Will never book with booking.com again or stay at holiday inn”
After booking with booking.com I arrived at holiday to check in. With confirmation in hand the hotel clerk said she didn’t have my reservation. I scrambled to give her and show her the info I had in hand . She simply refused to look or use any other methods to help rectify the situation. Needless to say when searching a booking agent for my next trip I will not use Priceline or booking.com in the future. I even got on the phone with booking.com gave a reservation/booking number and PIN number provided with reservation. The agent placed me on hold at my birthday dinner to try and reach the hotel and she said they never would pick up the line. Needless to say I will never seek holiday inn for my accommodation again. Just bad all the way around. I’m sure no one will read or care about my experience . However this was mine.
