Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work on the first day, and the room rate—which had already been paid at the time of booking—was raised from €167 to €175 due to an €8 overnight tax. Regrettably, the price increased again to €187 upon check-out. This pricing structure is very confusing for the guest and, in my experience, unusual.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were kind, professional, and very welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast which I really enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.”

Clean and air conditioned rooms, with really comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom! The staff is honestly super professional, yet remain very personable as well! The reception, security as well as the cleaning staff! It’s my third time staying there, and will remain my go to choice in Kenitra! A big thanks to the cleaning staff for remembering my fiancé and I, decorating our room with roses and balloons for our third stay!

This hotel has an elegant and warm environment. What's special is that Mehdi was very considerate and Akram was as kind as family. Driss even exchanged Moroccan currency for me. Everything is so wonderful. It's the most comfortable business trip.

“Great arrival but disappointing departure! One person let the team down.”

The staff on my arrival were exceptional, the female at reception was very professional, helpful and friendly, as was her assistant. I had to leave early next day before breakfast and she offered to arrange a packed breakfast/lunch for me to collect from reception at 5.45am before leaving. This was confirmed by the late shift manager who was also very professional and friendly. However, when I arrived at reception as agreed at 5.45am I had to wake up the security and nightshift manager who were both sleeping! There was no packed lunch or breakfast, and when he eventually woke up, I had to explain what had been arranged all over again. He eventually went to the kitchen and returned with the packed lunch. I asked for more bottled water and he told me there was no more bottled water left in the entire hotel. I think he just didn’t want to go back to the kitchen. I was very disappointed in his attitude towards me.

The experience was unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard. Despite raising these issues with the hotel, I was told they could not help and advised to contact booking directly. Here is a summary of the issues I faced: No basic amenities provided (no toothpaste, toothbrush, or hair comb) Shower was broken Rotten smell throughout the room Toilet door did not close properly I was promised a buffet breakfast which I paid for of course during booking, but was told in the morning that it was cancelled due to low occupancy Poor lighting in the room, especially in the toilet No sound insulation; I could hear noises, including people passing wind, from other rooms
