“Wonderfully warm Belgian hospitality, from the most amazing people”
We stayed for two nights at the end of June to allow us to visit relatives commemorated in the nearby war memorials. Hilde and Xavier we the most wonderful hosts - very cheerful, welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the double deluxe room which was massive and more like an apartment than a room! The room is equipped with a huge bedroom with open views of the countryside, a lovely walk-in shower in the bathroom, and also features a very large seating area / lounge space. Breakfast was exceptional and included freshly baked breads and croissants, homemade jams, fruit juice, cheeses and meats, all served in the beautiful cottage kitchen. Located within 10 minutes drive from Ypres, our visit allowed us the opportunity to spend almost a whole day in town, including a visit to the Menin Gate for the 8pm buglers, and is barely an hour from the Eurotunnel. A perfect location for visits to any part of the region. We'll definitely book again in the future

Beautiful countryside setting. Spacious and tastefully decorated room. Good shower. Delicious and varied breakfast. Evening meal also available by arrangement, which we really appreciated-food was delicious!
