Good hotel nice worker I would come again but longer time.

This hotel is exceptional. Everything was fantastic about the stay, we were not expecting such a good experience. The staff were very professional and very competent. The food was first class,.... the best fried chicken I have ever tasted! Facilities were excellent, loved having an indoor pool to get some swimming in even when it was chilly outside. The entertainment in the bar in the evening was great. The room was bright and clean. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience apart from I wish we'd stayed longer!

I really liked the food at the buffet, amazing choices and in particular the focus on Turkish food is great 🙌🏼 The spa team is extremely friendly and the messages were super nice! They were also very sweet with our son at all times. There is one waiter that I would like mention because he also stood out which was Doghan! The pool area is nice and clean, the beach is nice and some facilities are modern (but not everything). The price is very fair for all the things you get! So I still recommend it. I cannot comment on the a la carte restaurants or any activities. Even though the staff seemed friendly. They have great stuff for kids and a nice playground, but everything needs a bit of cleaning and upgrading. But for the kids it's fine!

We stayed at Akra Kemer from July 31st to August 6th, and both my husband and I absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Every staff member we met was kind, smiling, and genuinely helpful. The food and drinks were not only delicious but truly top quality – every meal felt like a treat. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that we could completely unwind. It was one of the rare places where we felt everything was perfect. We left with happy hearts and beautiful memories, and we’re already dreaming of coming back!

I had never had a rest during holidays as amazing as tried recently in Akra Kemer! This is a new experience of spending your time, enjoying things you want to do and don't worry about cooking, going to shops/markets, etc. The food was awesome, the service was on the highest level, the lobby and the pool bars were perfect with amazing view on the seacoast. I'll definitely get there again, highly recommend the hotel.

Very disappointing experience with the voucher misinformation and customer service. I stayed at this hotel recently and left extremely disappointed with how a simple issue was handled. I received two vouchers from the hotel for souvenir cafe. When I went to the cafe, the staff clearly told me that each voucher was worth 50% off, and that using both would give me 100% discount on my item. I was surprised, but based on that information, I made a purchase. However, at checkout I was told by the reception manager that the vouchers were not 50% discounts at all, but only 50 TL each. Because of this, I was unexpectedly charged 1,950 TL. I explained that the care staff had given me completely different information, but the hotel still refused to provide a refund or any fair resolution. Only option was offered me to return all purchased items and have the entire bill fully cancelled...When my baggage was packed and my airport transfer was waiting, seriously? I expected much better customer service from a hotel of this level.

“Great place to escape Baltic winter in December!”

Frankly speaking we really enjoyed our short vacation in Akra Hotel. First of all very friendly and helpful staff. Sauna, swimming pools were great. Clean premises and local staff do their best to keep it this way. Restaurant served huge variety of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (which we liked much more than food in A la carte restaurants).

Hotel is cozy and clean, beach is very close. Food is amazing, good variety.

From the moment we arrived, the staff where very welcoming, offering us drinks at 3am in the morning. All the staff were very polite and friendly especially the staff who were on roller skates taking our drink orders round the pool ! Food was the best that we have ever had at an all inclusive, spoilt for choice.

The hotel left a great impression! It's a small but cozy place with a fantastic atmosphere. The food is amazing, diverse, and really tasty. The restaurants are top-notch! We were also pleasantly surprised by the vegan cosmetics in the rooms, which was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

This was a last minute booking to this resort and boy are we glad we booked it. I cant praise it highly enough. It is exceptional. From the staff to the food, absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend Akra Kemer to everyone. We are coming back ASAP.
