“Left halfway through our stay and went elsewhere. Would not recommend.”
The location wasn't great in terms of being on the corner of a very busy intersection. The staff was rude and lacking customer service. She didn't seem interested in making customers feel comfortable and welcome. There were issues with my room, and she didn't offer much help, if any. Will never come back and would not recommend it. We left halfway through our stay, knowing we wouldn't get a refund because of how uncomfortable the stay was, and stayed elsewhere.

The restaurant was wonderful!! I would go there again even if I don't stay at the hotel. It is right downtown in Kelowna so the location is great!! The room required some detail. Another room (occupied by co-travellers) had no issues.

“Poor attention to detail”
A few things I noticed, the patio door would not open, the shower water pressure was quite poor, the baseboard heater was creaking all night, the bed creaked. the main room door wasn't well fitting and so light and noise could enter from hallway. Parking is not free, which I find odd in 2026.

“No water view from the hotel rooms at all. Fake photos shown on the website.”
The photo in the website is totally misleading. The photo shows a view of beach from the room. But no beach is visible from my room. Also water view is NOT possible in any room in this hotel. So this is kind of fake photo which totally cheating customers like me. Actually the hotel is located quite a distance from the beach. The worst thing is the half of the rooms were facing a vary busy highway. So it will be almost impossible to sleep due to the highway noise, if you room is one those rooms.
