“Budget but comfortable”

Good location and continental breakfast was well stocked. Room was comfortable and overall id stay again for a few nights. Just make sure to have change for laundry as the front desk won't cash out for you.

I wasn't expecting much, to be honest. We just wanted somewhere clean to stay while we toured the area for a few days - we had no plans on 'hanging out' in our room, so it didn't need to be the fanciest. But this hotel was great!! The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was plentiful, the pool was fun and the location was convenient. We would stay here again!

As my husband and i both smoke It is near impossible to find any hotel that permits smoking so i was great to have a close smoking area. I also have slight mobility issues and they were very accommodating my request for a lower level room. overall despite the hotel being very busy with a number of ball teams it was quiet at night and the beds were fairly comfortable

David was absolutely amazing! I really needed to check in early and he accommodated me very well and even upgraded me to 2 queen beds instead of doubles. He was very friendly and understanding

Loved the pool and hot tub, very clean rooms and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast sandwiches were so good too. It was a nice walk to downtown and very close to where we needed to get to. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed the stay!

The staff was fantastic! The front desk personnel let my son & I to check in early & they also agreed to let us check out an hour late the following day. My son had a medical procedure at the hospital that was expected to run until 11:00 a.m. Being able to check out an hour later at noon made the stressful day less so!! Also, every staff member that we walked past said hi & were so pleasant.

Cleanliness and excellent customer service. During my 2-night stay, I have talked with 3 receptionists at the lobby, 2 female and a male, and I found them all exceptionally professional and very well mannered, especially a girl named Nav.

The staff member that was working the front counter was excellent, I wish I could remember her name. She had great suggestions for food and things to do. The location is great and allows you to wander downtown with a 10 minute cab ride, you could walk but I get lost on way to my mailbox. Everyone in hotel was there for different events and was family friendly. The hotel is older but clean and maintained. The pool and hot tub are was clean and liked it was in its own building so everyone can laugh and swim and no noise in the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond. We travelled 4 hours for a medical family emergency in the ICU. The staff upgraded our room to a quiet area. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
