Clare welcomed me and my dog with a warm smile and a treat for us both, instantly making me feel safe and welcome. The suite was beautiful, spotless and calm after an extremely stressful day. I had everything I needed in the suite, including my own private entrance. Breakfast each day was delicious and hearty. This was one of the most pleasant stays I have every had, and I would definitely recommend.

If I could give this 11/10 I would. Clare was the most welcoming host! She made us feel as if we visited the B&B many times before. The views from the terrace are so gorgeous. It’s a very calming and lovely place, including a pool! We booked it to have some relax-time on our active travels, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The room was so beautiful and everything was spotless. Finally, amazing homemade breakfast! Thank you Clare & Kelly for everything!

An absolute gem. The hosts Clare and Kelly anticipated our every need and made us feel like the welcome guests at an exquisite weekend house party. We found out much more about the area than we would have done staying at a soulless hotel and met some very lovely people.

Everything was great. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helped with ideas on where to go. The location is in a very nice suburb, which is quiet and yet easy to get downtown or to other attractions. There is an outside area that is shaded as well as seats in the sunshine around the pool. Kelowna itself is a great town. The Waterside is a nice area to spend a day and there are lots of good places to eat. The beaches are clean and there are lots of water based activities.

We really enjoyed the afternoon tea and the possibility to hang around the nice veranda/house :). Felt like being home.

We could not have been made to feel any more welcome by Clare and Kelly. Our room was spacious and well designed. The sherry in our room was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and different each day. The pool and space to sit out was perfect as was the wine!

Clare and Kelly treated us like family from the time we walked in the door. Traditional tea and biscuits served on the back veranda on arrival. Clare is a great host and provided us with a map and points of interest plus things to see and do during our visit. Breakfast was exceptional and there was fresh fruit and a different hot dish each morning. Kelly is a great cook. Our room was spacious and comfortable with king bed and ensuite.

Felt like I was in England again. The type of place you suggest to your best friends immediately because they have to experience it too. So many details. Afternoon tea when you arrive sets your vacation to a really positive start. It’s so lovely. The breakfast is delicious and you can tell it’s made with a lot of care. A place that takes you a bit out of reality. Kelly is the nicest person, the best chef and so full of knowledge. Clare brings in the joy, the amazing scones and keeping an impeccable place. The pool is beautiful and heated. Actually heated. The mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. No exaggerations. My body melted every time I laid down in bed. The shower is powerful and hot. Its quiet and surrounded by greenery. My partner and I are both women and felt very comfortable. It’s a 10/10 in every aspect. I’ll be back!

Food was amazing. The owners are fabulous people. Very accommodating and over and above service !!! I had to stay longer than expected and they were so flexible. Allowed me to stay! Wonderful wonderful people. I loved Toby the resident cat :))
