“Nice and beautiful”
Perfect For a weekend. Beautifully located. Sofa bed is not ideal. I would recomend for 2 people, not 3.

great location and well equipped with all cutlery and crockery needed to settle in. having the pool on one's doorstep is also lovely. the location is also very central to the town so everything is close.

Small but comfortable with most items we needed. Ceiling fan was great and WiFi worked well. Lovely lapa and braai area.

“A decent option if you are passing through.”
It had access to a pool and braai area. The caretaker of the property was there and showed us where we are allowed to park. The Garden was well kept.

“Home away from home”

Bad value for money - sadly cannot recommend to stay here. While the hosts' communication was standard, unfortunately, 1A @ Thatches was the least pleasant stays in a long time. The place is dark, smelly and moist. The kitchen had parasites and the most basic, partially dirty glasses and plates. The oven/stove was old and rusty. The bathroom is a tiny enclave behind a cupboard door, the hand soap was empty. All of which made us feel very uncomfortable. Make sure to not get your car cleaned on the premises, our ended up being scratched all over.

THE ONLY COMPAINT WE HAD WAS THAT WE COULDNT GET ANY SPORT ON THE TV. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING FOR MY HUSBAND WHO LOVES SPORT AND SEEN AS THERE WAS SA20 CRICKET ON.
