Two must-do, once-in-a-lifetime experiences at Muthu Keekorok Lodge are the Jungle Safari in an open jeep to get up close and personal to the Big 5 and the second one being the Hot Air Balloon Adventure which takes off at sunrise and flies over the Maasai Mara jungle landscape for 1 hour where you witness the magical sunrise and spot many animals from up and above, the ride culminates to a scrumptious breakfast with chilled champagne to celebrate a successful fight. The Keekorok Airstrip is only a 10-minute drive away and a shuttle service is provided on request.

It is in the middle of the safari and very quiet, cloth to a hippo pool with many hippos. In the garden there are monkeys living and playing, very nice!

“An amazing experience, great staff, great food.. the perfect stay..”
Everything - we loved everything about this hotel, the location in the Masai Mara was perfect, being able to organise game drives for 2 hours suited us and we saw so much… what really stands out are the staff, so helpful and friendly, our taxi didn’t arrive to take us to the airport but with Charles’s help he sorted it for us..as for the hippo pool well just wow.. I could of sat in the bar all day watching them.. we even had a hippo wondering the grounds at night, but the staff take care of you and you are escorted to and from you room..

“Amazing Staff and wonderful experience.”
The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Special mention to the manager Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Manish who took very good care of us and accommodated our requests. Also, to the lady at the restaurant who was warm and took care of us and the kids. The property and the location is also very good. They have great children's play area and hippo viewing deck with trail. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
