“Owner, please improve signage.”
In the end I did not stay here. I could not find the property. We drove around for 15 minutes in the areaIn fact, neither could the taxi driver. If there was signage, neither of us could see it. As a someone with no access to international roaming I could not call, but the taxi driver tried the number. It did not connect. I do not recommend checking in at night.

“Perfect for flights from Haneda.”
Location... nearby train station to Haneda airport Room ... very clean on 1st floor and comfortable (i don't like stairs 😅) Bed ... very good and warm Owner... friendly and everything is clear on letter on the table No restaurant nearby just 1 small convenient store (should have dinner before check-in)

“Great location but service needs more improvement.”
The place is very close to public transport especially the (train stn). There's available taxi on standby at the station. Close to a hospital across the street. At night, there is light post very close to the house. No worries coming home very late.
