Amazing staff, very friendly and nice. Nice, clean rooms, I received a room with a view on a small pond and park, which was amazing. Very quiet place. Good breakfast. Absolutely nothing to complain about, one of the best places I was staying in.

Very good breakfast. Polite, friendly staff. Despite being late beyond the check-in time, they waited and did a smooth check-in. They were very courteous and even warmed my childresn's food in the kitchen. The place is very calm. Nice restaurant.

“Our stay was very pleasant and cosy . As it was advent, the snow made it magical.”
The staff were exremely helpful. Also, during our stay, there was heavy snow overnight!! The staff rather than just clearing around the hoytel, cleared the snow of guests cars!! Now that is exceptionsl and also very welcome service!!

The communication was excellent and I could check-in at any time with the provided instructions. The hotel is recently renovated and is very clean, the rooms of good size and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is perfectly located on the Romantic Road cycle route - you don’t have to look for it. Bike storage was excellent. Our bikes were locked up inside a garage. We also appreciated how brightly lit our room was. Too many rooms we have stayed in are so poorly lit it depressing after the sun goes down.
