I was so disappointed with this hotel. After I checked out, I found that I had forgotten my Stanley thermos in the room. I didn't take it. I immediately called the front desk and said that I would come back in the afternoon to get it. There were also two bottles of drinks in the refrigerator in the room. I would take them away together. In the afternoon, I returned here, and I was shocked that no one saw my things. I need to use them every day, in addition to the room, there is my car. Did it fly away? I have stayed in too many hotels in all countries of the world, all kinds of high-end and low-end places, but I have never lost anything. I walked out of the room and got in my car. Five minutes later, I didn't find my thermos. I was very relieved and didn't go back to get it immediately. I told the front desk that I would pick it up in the afternoon. Unexpectedly, it was gone. The drinks in the refrigerator flew away with it.

“I enjoyed my stay. I had a very big room and very quiet, just how I wanted it.”

I did not have a chance to eat breakfast during my stay . I will try it next time . The hotel is well located in the middle of some restaurants.

Nothing - curtains did not close ; smoke detector was beeping and staff had no one to fix it

Breakfast was minimal and construction worker guests consumed all the breakfast.

Every morning my son and I would get breakfast to go . Because I was taking him to school on the third day the desk clerk going to stop and say the maids get mad when people take food to their room. Sit down and eat the food don’t take with you . First of all he did not approach the lady who left out before. Second I take my food to my car and son eat on the way to school (bagel,eggs , fruit Third I never had room service by choice cause my room was not dirty so I know they could not specifically be talking about us . But I didn’t like him approaching my child . I walked up to see what he was saying he is a 11 year old child not 18 year old grown up. I wanted to stay longer but that upset me so I checked out that day.

The experience was horrible I’m from Atlanta an the rooms there are way better for the price I paid. The customer service was horrible. The tub kept getting stopped up. The covers an sheets were horrible. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. Dog hair was everywhere.
