“An economical and comfortable little apartment in a quiet area.”
An economical little apartment in a quiet area. I found it helpful there was a washing machine and a heater as it was very cold when I stayed. The host is very friendly and offers many suggestions for eateries and things to do including a local onsen in walking distance. Please note, this apartment is about 30 minutes walk from the station. This was fine for me, but you may want to consider a taxi if you have bags (I had only carry on).

Nice and quiet location and super spacious place. Host is very friendly and always there to answer your questions. Super reasonable priced! Would definitely come back in the future.

Everything was so Nice and confortable, the owner give me a lot of tips for the good restaurant and the onsen !!! They have bike front in the House for enjoy. The House was so clean and you can found everything for cooking.

So much room after small motel room sizes 1000 yen cab from station comfortable bed and plenty of hot water so quiet and peaceful. Gentle walk to station and back 25 minutes we hard a lovely stay.

“The worst place in Japan we have stayed so far”
Probably I will get funny response from the owner (as other guests who have given low score) but oh well… The place was not cleaned after previous guests. The kitchen top was dirty, kitchen utensils and pan etc were dirty, it stinks in the cabinets. AC was off and windows were wide open when we have arrived and it was very very hot. Also fridge was off so it took a while to cool it down. Pillow cases and duvets seem not to be washed , only rotated between guests (old dirty ones stored in the wardrobe). Also host is totally not responsive. We have messaged several times, called the number provided but no response at all.

“Cute quiet stay close to Katsuura and Nachi Falls”
This apartment was fantastic - it was way bigger than expected with really comfortable beds and a great dining area. The neighbourhood was quiet and there was a great okonomiyaki restaurant in walking distance. There is a community bus (only runs every few hours) which only cost Y200 to get to Katsuura station. The hosts left a guest book for us to write in which was a lovely touch. The cost was amazing for the quality of the place. I'd love to stay here again.

“Beware!!!. Bad experience at this property.”
The apartment was not clean but reasonably well set up. It is not easily assessable with limited public transport. Took me a long time finding it. DO NOT use this place if you are not familiar with it's location. Taking taxi will be very costly. Wifi was intermittent & AC was not working

Very good location as long as you have a car. Check in process was very easy and the owner gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and had utensils in the kitchen. They even had a washing machine!

“it is a nice play to stay for a very reasonable price”
it was a very clean house. the rooms were tidy. beds were comfortable and you have all the tools for bathroom and the kitchen. the host even provided us with umbrellas and bicycles for free. she was very nice
