“Lovely stay in a beautiful location”

It is located on the outskirts of town but that suited us - not far from a beautiful waterfall - Mini Haha Falls (and it’s not mini) worth the short hike (approx 5-6km return from property) need to be good on your feet. Also loved the visits from the Cockatoo’s and other birds!

“Lovely Large House in Peaceful Setting”

Lovely large house in a nice quiet road with a large back garden. All the rooms are a great size. Lots of extras at the property so you want for nothing. Lovely touch leaving bird seed so you can feed the cockatoos and various other birds that visit which was a highlight. Conveniently located for Katoomba attractions. Should love to stay again. Travelled as two couples and there was plenty of space.

A lovely well kept home with absolutely everything and more that you would need. The local birds visited the balcony everyday which was amazing.

Everything was fantastic. Plenty of space everywhere. Everything was there that you needed. Great kitchen. Extra clothes drying racks were appreciated when it was raining alot and our clothes were wet. Really nice view outback.

Great location out of the hustle and bustle, just a short drive to the shops. Large back yard and trampoline for the kids to explore.

We had a problem with the hot water and contacted Heidi at Accomadated. Our concerns were handled swiftly and professionally and we were very grateful.

The house was big with 2 balconies, 3 sleeping rooms and a playing room for the kids. The kids also had great fun feeding the birds on the balcony.

Good family friendly touches like gate at the top of the stair to the full length deck.

The beds were very comfortable, good location. The grandkids loved the trampoline and the birdlife.

Pictures did not do this house justice - it was so much more spacious and beautiful than we imagined so we’re very pleasantly surprised. The kitchen is very well stocked. It really is a home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the parakeets that came to feed on the verandah.
