What made this stay was the extra mile the staff went too. We even were able to heat up our dinner in the microwave and use the dining hall to eat. The breakfast was plentiful and the beds super comfy. Don't be alarmed by the old style heritage looks and feel of this building. Great value for money. The staff's hospitality, great beds, great water pressure in shower and the added benefit of great shampoo conditioner and body moisturiser. Definitely highly recommend.

“Quirky old 3star Katoomba Hotel”
Quirky old Katoomba hotel. Lovely staff. Very supportive of runners from UTMB by providing breakfast very early. Nice big old common lounge room.
